Order Processing Time
For in-stock products, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For industrial parts, bulk purchase orders, special-order products, discontinued models, or items requiring supplier confirmation, processing time may vary. We will confirm stock availability, lead time, and shipping arrangements before shipment when necessary.
If you need urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Methods
We support worldwide shipping for industrial automation components, electrical parts, fuses, sensors, relays, circuit breakers, PLC-related spare parts, and other replacement components.
Depending on the destination country, product type, order quantity, and shipping requirements, we may use carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or other international logistics providers.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and carrier service conditions.
General estimated delivery times:
- Express shipping: 3–14 business days after dispatch
- Standard international shipping: 7–20 business days after dispatch
- Special-order or bulk purchase shipments: delivery time will be confirmed separately

Shipping Cost

Order Tracking

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after shipment confirmation, please contact us.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including company name, contact person, phone number, postal code, city, state or province, and country.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable shipping information.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Split Shipments
For orders containing multiple products, bulk purchase items, or products with different lead times, we may ship items separately.
If split shipment is required, we will inform you when necessary.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the package is damaged, missing items, or appears to have been opened during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Photos of the package
- Photos or videos of the damaged product
- Description of the issue
We will review the case and help communicate with the carrier when appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, remote area delivery, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Restricted Shipping

Customers are responsible for confirming whether the products can be legally imported and used in their destination country.
